ᐅ IKEA LACK shelves 190x35x38 discontinued?

Hello everyone,

I’m currently building a bed and was inspired by this idea.
So far so good, but the EXPEDIT shelf is 44 cm (17 inches) wide — or, if placed sideways, that would be the height — which makes the bed’s seat height, including a DIY slatted frame and mattress, easily around 60-65 cm (24-26 inches), which is just too high for me.

Now I saw on an online classifieds site that there used to be a LACK shelf with dimensions of 190x35x38 cm (75x35x15 inches), even available in beech instead of birch (I have beech laminate), which would be perfect.

Is this product still available at IKEA or has it been removed from ikea.de...?

the lacquered shelf was last seen in the 2011 edition of the catalog.

Then I guess the article is no longer available, what a shame 🙁
