ᐅ IKEA Inreda drawer with full extension: can it fit CDs/DVDs?

we are getting really frustrated. Today, we had a Besta cabinet configured at the furniture store. It includes 6 drawers planned for CDs / DVDs. The friendly lady specifically recommended drawers with full extension for the CDs. However, we now suspect that CDs won’t fit properly in the drawers with full extension due to insufficient height. Can anyone help us? We simply can’t get the CDs into the drawers.

The pull-out is available in two heights. With the lower one, I can imagine that it might be too tight for CDs. It really depends on the exact drawers used and their positions.

It’s obviously quite difficult to say from a distance exactly where the problem lies. We have the same wardrobe in our bedroom, and I don’t like to remember the assembly process. It’s really a massive piece. On top of that, ours had to be carried up to the third floor :/ I took it out of the package beforehand and partially placed it on a pallet. That made the process a bit faster. For us, the CD/DVD pull-out compartments are also stuck together and don’t move much :/
