Hello everyone!
I have been trying for over 2 hours to align the two Olsbo doors on my Billy. The doors do close, but at the top where they meet, you can see that the right one is about one centimeter (0.4 inches) higher than the other. I have tried all kinds of twisting, sliding, and height adjustments so far without success.
I hope someone can help me, thank you in advance!

IKEA-Experte26 Nov 2013 14:37There might be an assembly error with the shelf behind it. Did you use a level and check the right angles?
Another picture showing the entire cabinet would be helpful.
Are the outer edges of the doors parallel to the edges of the shelf?
Is the gap between the doors evenly spaced from top to bottom?
Are the screws fastening the mounting plates in the same positions on both sides (relative to the plate)?
