Hello,
I bought a Framtid OV3 today. Ikea told me that the oven can be connected either with a standard plug or directly at the kitchen connection. I have looked at the plug in the kitchen. The three wires from the built-in oven match the colors of the connection. But I wonder, what are these black wires at the connection for? Or would it be better to operate it with a plug? I have attached two pictures here:

If everything is connected correctly, the green-yellow wire is the protective earth, blue is the neutral conductor, and the black and brown wires are the three phases. For the oven, you only need one of the phases. The other two can be used for an independent cooktop. If you have no experience at all, it’s better to call an electrician.
If the oven is plugged into a socket, the socket must have its own dedicated circuit breaker and must not be one that is shared with other sockets or lighting.
