ᐅ Electrical connection for underfloor heating

in the electrician’s quote for our new single-family house (2 floors, approximately 185 m² (1,991 sq ft)), I noticed an item called "connection for underfloor heating" costing 750€. The thermostats are listed separately in another item. This amount seems quite high to me. Does anyone know what this item typically includes?

Are wiring and connection details also included with the thermostats?
