I recently bought an Ikea Hemnes wardrobe, and while assembling it, I noticed that the doors are not properly aligned. Specifically, the doors do not close flush, are slightly misaligned in some areas, and sometimes stick when opening or closing. Since the material is wood, I want to avoid damaging it or applying too much force.
My question to the community: What is the best way to properly align the doors of the Ikea Hemnes wardrobe? - Then adjust the height screws on the hinges to make the doors even.
- Use the side screws to align the doors horizontally.

Tools: Phillips screwdriver PH2, possibly a spirit level for initial checks. It is important to turn the screws slowly and carefully to avoid over-tightening.

I will systematically adjust all the screws again today, as recommended: first the height, then the lateral position, and finally the depth, making sure beforehand that the cabinet is properly level.
If the doors still stick, I will check the hinges again and replace them if necessary.
