I think the floor plan is not bad. It’s nice that the private rooms are separated from the public areas.
A few minor points caught my attention:
- The pantry looks quite small. Maybe it could be omitted to create more storage space within the kitchen itself.
- Could the bedroom door be moved so that there is still room for a wardrobe behind the door? (You can never have enough storage.)
- Personally, I would find a bedroom facing south too warm. It gets sunlight all day and could become quite hot for sleeping.
But overall, I think the floor plan is quite good.

Hi,
overall I think it looks good.
The bedroom facing south can get quite warm – is air conditioning planned?
The bathroom layout isn’t entirely clear. Is there a shower in that corner? If so, I find it quite tight.
The terrace is behind the bedroom and extends how far? Are there no doors from the living room leading to the terrace?
The bed in the bedroom is positioned quite close to the wall. The "right-side sleeper" would almost have to climb in from the foot of the bed. That seems too cramped to me.
The vestibule (or entrance hall) also feels too narrow, I would consider removing it altogether.
Otherwise, the south-facing plot is very nice for the living room and kitchen. 🙂

The entrance vestibule is too small... the door nearly hits the opposite wall, so where is the space to move around? -> The vestibule wall is unnecessary.
I also find the pantry poorly integrated, with the door opening into the dining area near the counter. Either leave it out or plan a passage between the two kitchen work counters. Personally, I would leave it out.
Move the bedroom door... but that has already been mentioned. Rotate the bed 😉
Personally, I would feel comfortable there.
Tip: Furnishings, especially in the bathroom, should be drawn to scale... in my opinion, the shower and bathtub are shown much too small. Also the couch, etc.

For how many people? For two, the bedroom space for wardrobes will not be sufficient. Personally, I don’t like it when you can see all the way from the entrance door into the living room. That’s why, instead of moving the partition wall, I would rather move the exterior wall. With that, the pitched roof option will also be easier.
