Hello everyone!
We have purchased a triangular plot of land. As if that weren’t complicated enough, there is also a large oak tree that must be considered during the planning. In our initial considerations, it quickly became clear that the floor plan will have an L-shape.
Does anyone here have experience with this type of plot and a correspondingly shaped floor plan? What additional information is needed to get meaningful advice?
Best regards

Oh, you mean the authorized building document preparer. I certainly hope he didn’t submit the building application without naming an authorized preparer.
Only @Oakland can clarify that. No, of course not. Our architect is listed as the authorized building document preparer. Simply put, the homeowners are on the left and the architect on the right on the first page of the application.

So? For married couples? I don't think so. But I'm not yet familiar with the new building regulations.
In fact, the case officer demanded that for us married couples living together, a representative must be named in the application. It makes me sick...
But that's not all: He revoked the preliminary building permit! The house would look different now! However, the building structure is almost identical, only increased by half a meter (1.6 feet) in one dimension.
I'll keep you updated...

In fact, the case officer required that for married couples sharing a residence, a representative must be named on the application. Did your architect submit the building application and did you receive a response (written or verbal?) stating that the application could not be processed because no representative was listed on the application form? You’ll need to explain exactly how this happened. Who requested what from whom and in what form?

He cancelled the preliminary building permit! What does that mean? Did he send you a notice stating:
Dear Mr. Oakland,
hereby I cancel the preliminary permit AZ 12/34567-2017 dated 01.01.2017 because your house now looks different.
Sorry, Oakland, you need to clarify and organize your information here with a clear problem statement. The preliminary building permit has almost certainly not been cancelled; that would require several legal steps.
