Hello everyone!
We have purchased a triangular plot of land. As if that weren’t complicated enough, there is also a large oak tree that must be considered during the planning. In our initial considerations, it quickly became clear that the floor plan will have an L-shape.
Does anyone here have experience with this type of plot and a correspondingly shaped floor plan? What additional information is needed to get meaningful advice?
Best regards

At least morally, yes. Maybe the excavator driver’s lawyer can still get something more out of it. I’m not sure if criminal law recognizes accomplices in cases of negligent bodily injury. My wife thinks he might have just been trying to show off. We don’t want to pay him any more attention. That will affect him more.
Haha, Mrs. Suhrbier doesn’t need to deliberately ignore Mr. Tetzlaff; her mere presence annoys him.

He came to the property feeling victorious and claimed, "I knew there was an electric cable there!" Unbelievable, right? It could have been much worse! Unbelievable! This recently happened in a village near me: the house of a young family burned down because a cable was accidentally hit during construction work.
I also have such a “great” neighbor. We do everything wrong, and every day after finishing work, he stands there, looks everything over, and shakes his head... he also walks onto the property, and when it was still possible, even into the house.
My former neighbor, too. The plasterer accidentally dropped a piece of insulation. The plasterer has been told to leave the property by my former neighbor many times already. My husband and I have also asked him to leave. Then he lost his temper. Since then, it’s been quiet.
