Hello everyone,
So far, I have discussed my topics in the thread "Procedure for Single-Family House New Build on an Existing Plot."
At your request, I have now created a new thread to show you a draft floor plan.
I would appreciate it if you could share with me any observations you have. We have an upcoming appointment where we want to provide the architect with our comments, change requests, etc.
Thank you very much and best regards

The cross-section shows that the basement level barely offers a good exit. So quite a bit needs to be removed there. We would set it at 497m (1,631 ft) to ensure a nice exit to the garden. That much will also be excavated. That works, right?

Unfortunately, the submission of the building permit / planning permission has been delayed a bit. [...] According to the architect's calculations, the house extends on average 0.90 m (3 feet) above the original ground level, resulting in a total height of 7.99 m (26.2 feet) above the original ground level, which uses up the maximum ridge height of 8 m (26.2 feet). For the (reason for the delay in the) building permit / planning permission, it should probably be decisive how high the house sits above the reference point. What exactly are we supposed to check here again? I don’t see any interim changes, and without changed facts, I don’t see any basis for a reassessment (?)

the building permit / planning permission has not yet been submitted due to illness and vacation, but it is now fully prepared. I meant 0.90 meters (35 inches) above the reference point (average of the original heights at the four corners of the house).
So far, no section drawing showing the heights has been provided here, so these could not yet be evaluated. That is why I am asking if anything stands out in the section.
Best regards

hanghaus20236 Aug 2023 11:21Is the local authority satisfied with the elevation levels of the contour lines? Or would the corner points of the house need to be measured by a surveyor?

Dachshund906 Aug 2023 12:37Hello Hanghaus,
The architect has been in contact with the local authority. I believe by the end of next week we will know if everything is approved as planned.
Best regards
