trudelshuhn7 Feb 2015 11:17Hello, I am considering moving my 2.50 m (8 ft 2 in) birch Pax wardrobe (currently with birch and glass doors) out of the bedroom and creating a walk-in closet in the current guest room. My Pax has the no longer available birch carcass. In the walk-in closet, I would have space of 3.75 m (12 ft 4 in) and 2.10 m (6 ft 11 in). So I would like to expand the Pax using a corner unit and then add a 1 m (3 ft 3 in) unit on the shorter side. Now I have three questions:
1. What would be the best option to combine with the birch carcass? White or this oak-colored?
2. Can the current door models be mounted on the old carcasses (from 2006)? (That way it would at least look mostly uniform from the outside)
3. I can’t find the dimensions of the two sides of the corner unit anywhere. Who can help me? In other words, how much space do I really need for the corner element?
Thank you in advance

1. As you prefer. Try holding a birch shelf panel next to it.
2. Yes.
3. You can find all dimensions on page 10.

Then I'll probably head to the nearest Ikea soon with a birch drawer front.
The size overview is really helpful, why have I never seen that listed in the assembly instructions before? 😱
