A toaster placed at that height—is it still easy to use?

edit: Oh, I see, just for placing it there. That stuff doesn’t weigh that much, right? The load capacity is specified up to 20 kg (44 lbs).

No, it’s all very light. I just want to keep the countertop clear. At the moment, it’s in the cabinet or the stuff is visibly on the countertop... The coffee machine will stay there.

Actually, the LACK shelf might almost be enough, right? It would come with mounting hardware included.

I would have some concerns about using LACK on a drywall (gypsum board) wall.

There are also the following options:

VÄRDE wall shelf with 5 hooks, birch

Wood wall shelf with two boards and hooks, ideal for hallway.

Grundtal wall shelf, stainless steel

Wall-mounted metal wire shelf with two hooks and bowls on it

SKOGSTA wall shelf, acacia

Wood wall shelf with wooden panel back in brown wood finish

Yes, I have already seen VÄRDE and actually think it’s great. But the top shelf would be too high, and I would basically have to position the fuse box between the two panels – as you can see from my kitchen. It’s 160 cm wide, by the way (exactly 163 cm).

Unfortunately, I don’t know the distance between the individual shelves. I’ll measure it virtually right now.
Edit 1: The photogrammetric analysis showed a distance of 20 cm between the shelves. The fuse box is 22 cm high. Mission failed.

Edit 2: Great, VÄRDE is not available at all in Essen, just like the small NOT (I got the large NOT in Dortmund for 9.90 EUR!!!)

Edit 3: Too bad, it would have looked nice:
Kitchen unit with countertop, toaster oven, kettle and spices

In white, it is also available in Essen, but then not in solid wood. You will need to decide for yourself which height is comfortable for your height, whether the fuse box fits in between, and so on. The VÄRDE shelf will definitely be discontinued soon. The shelf was part of the VÄRDE modular kitchen. In general, many family offers are phase-out items.

Since the countertop is in between, I won’t be able to reach the very top... 21 cm (8 inches) isn’t really very deep either.
Color-wise, white would probably fit best, don’t you think?

It depends on whether you prefer everything to be a single color or want to introduce some variation right away.
