Choose A, otherwise the boards won’t be thick enough (2.5cm (1 inch) vs. 1.9cm (0.75 inch)) and it will look awkward.

If you buy at Hornbach, at least here, you can have the board cut there. One cut is free.

This edge banding needs to be ironed on and trimmed. Whether the €2.60 savings are worth it is up to you.

Nörglich took a closer look. This also justifies the higher price and significantly increases stability. At 120 cm (47 inches), a thinner board can sag under heavy load.

More like: back then, I had the wrong board myself and got annoyed about the spacing. 😀 😳 😀

A toaster at that height—is it still easy to use?

edit: Oh, I see, for placing it there. 😀 That stuff doesn't weigh that much, right? The load capacity is specified up to 20kg (44 lbs).
