If you are lucky, there might be a knowledgeable staff member at the hardware store who can give you a more reliable answer.
I find these brackets a bit unsuitable for a drywall partition, since one arm of the lever is very short and the other long. However, you’re not putting much heavy stuff on it... The standard levers are 15cm (6 inches) long anyway... so it doesn’t look all that great either 🙁
If you’re very lucky, there might be a knowledgeable staff member at the hardware store who can give a more reliable answer. Or they realize they have an easy mark in front of them 🙁
