Hello,
I am considering building a semi-detached house and already have a plot of land for it. Due to the location of the plot and the development plan, only a semi-detached house is possible, where the division runs along the roof ridge.
Now my question is, does anyone know if there is a fundamental reason why this wouldn’t be allowed? So far, I haven’t found a semi-detached house with this kind of division and wonder if I am missing something essential.
Maybe someone here knows more.
Best regards, nordisch

Hello @ypg, I understand what you mean and I think it’s quite nice. But the original poster is asking for something like this: "only a semi-detached house is possible, where the division follows the roof ridge." So, a normal but slightly larger house?
I don’t see the problem imagining this and I assume the development plan gives the original poster too much creative freedom, so it might be misinterpreted or they simply cannot see any other options for themselves. No idea. That’s why I’m asking for clarification on how this should be understood.
