ᐅ Dirty corner behind the sectional sofa? What is that?

Hello community,

the gray stuff on the white baseboards is dust – not mold or anything like that.

- There are strange spots in the corner on the wall – mold stains?
- From the corner, just below the baseboards, I noticed a yellowish tint, so I wanted to check what is going on behind it.
- What are those yellow spots on the back of the baseboards?
- Noticeable were these small creatures behind the couch, crawling out along the wall.

Was the couch placed right up against the wall? There will be mold or mildew. I cannot comment on your pets ^^

Wasn't the animal also discussed recently in the green forum?!

Gnaw marks and pests as well.
Damp in the corner or just residual moisture in the new build?

I would suggest checking for booklice. Try searching for booklice on Google, and you’ll find a site from the DSV, the German Pest Control Association... which also matches the dust you have.
