Hello
We are currently planning the renovation of our house. It has a solid basement with a prefabricated house from around 1970 built on top. Has anyone ever demolished a prefabricated house like this and have experience with it?
Best regards

About 25 years ago, I dismantled a prefabricated house in M-Baldham and rebuilt it near Augsburg. No guesswork involved!
Each wall connection has 4 screws spaced evenly.
In one day, the approximately 4 x 15 screws are loosened. One screw remains loosely in place, then a crane lifts the parts onto a low loader or truck within 3 hours.
I would do it again—I just don’t have any old prefab houses around here in Saxony-Anhalt...
