but for me, it is functionalZweithaus schrieb:
Only the master area is too complexThe only part that is not complex is the bedroom. Everything else would be called complex, if you can tell. It looks like you just attached rooms all around the old design with the huge corridor. What I'm really curious about is the actual exterior dimensions of this bungalow and what the roofing solution will look like. The placement on the plot would also still be interesting. Then, where the entrance is located, what features are planned for the hallway in front of the master area, and how the child's privacy will be maintained 😉.
Everything is cramped and confusing. A walk-in closet where you can't even tell whether you’re holding the black socks or the dark brown ones.
Lots of hallway space and the need for a floor plan and compass just to find your way around. Nothing about it is functional.
The child’s room is far from the parents’. The reading area is too small to fit a bookshelf. An office space is placed between the children’s room, dining area, and living room—so you can supposedly keep track of everything?
Many rooms are through-rooms, like the guest/kids’ bathroom or the walk-in closet.
The section with the closet, wardrobe, and storage room is huge and dark. Another user here designed a great interior courtyard instead.
A mixed bag of large, oversized, cramped, bright, and dark spaces.
If you have that much money to spend on such a large house, why not hire a professional? By the time the place is finished, a million is gone.

A light switch is planned in the walk-in closet.
The books for the reading corner are kept in the office, which is used during the day when no one else is home.
Is the width the entrance? Then why have the hallway at the top right?
Why is there space for a wardrobe about 4 m (13 feet) wide at the entrance, and then such a tiny cloakroom behind it?
The reading area... who is supposed to read there? You have a separate living room, a kids’ room, and an office... who would sit in the hallway to read?
No, I don’t understand the plan.
Another thing I noticed... the utility room (HAR) is quite far from the street. Costs? But, we won’t get to see the property anyway.
