With a bungalow in dream castle size and Bauhaus footprint, you’ll go bankrupt during the shell construction phase.
I also like to remind of the beginnings from last year.
Back then, a realistic bungalow was planned, one that can be built with simple means.
That’s where I would start again.

hanghaus202329 Dec 2022 11:58With a space requirement of 120m2 (1,292 sq ft) of living area and a budget of 300k, I would call the project a pipe dream. Where is the building site?
You could ask the budget builders like T+C. They probably have a bungalow with 120m2 (1,292 sq ft) of living space in their portfolio.

Zweithaus30 Dec 2022 08:47I still consider an expert necessary, especially because of the roof structure.
The latest version definitely looks better, although labels and some numbers are barely legible.
What definitely stands out:
- Utility room?
- Parents' walk-in closet is much too small/narrow. It could be expanded instead of this side space of the laundry room.
- Still the reading path 😉.

What definitely stands out:

- Parents’ walk-in closet is far too small/narrow. It could be expanded instead of this side space from the utility room.
- Still the corridor 😉.The technical equipment now has to be included in the utility room, which is why it is larger. The corridor is 185 cm (73 inches) wide.
The walk-in closet is still a problem for me.
