ᐅ Are there construction guides for Pax wardrobes without using the Ikea instructions?

GupauHello everyone, I have a specific question regarding the IKEA Pax system – are there actually assembly instructions for the Pax system that completely do without the official IKEA manuals? I don’t mean poorly copied PDFs or photos of the original instructions, but rather alternative, possibly professionally developed or more detailed assembly guides that can be used if the original manual is lost or if someone prefers a different approach to building. Has anyone had experience with this or knows where to find such instructions? I’m especially interested in versions that don’t follow IKEA’s specifications but instead use general furniture-building principles or tips for DIY construction of Pax-like wardrobes in the same design.
Basically, the Pax system is already very modular and well-designed, which is why IKEA instructions are often the safest option. I am not aware of any independent assembly guides. However, what you can do is note down the dimensions and components yourself and then work with your own designs. For this, you will need basic DIY skills and tools. Alternative instructions usually come from forums or DIY websites, but these are often only rough guides, not complete assembly manuals.

That’s exactly why I’m asking—whether anyone here has come across any special, complete guides that cover every step in detail. Perhaps there are also specialized books or publications that deal with furniture construction for Pax-like systems? I find the IKEA instructions somewhat brief at times and am therefore looking for alternatives, for example to achieve more stable constructions or modified assembly steps.
Does anyone have any tips on this?
