Thanks! So the specified carcass depth isn’t the “real” one? Because 60cm (24 inches) isn’t exactly 59cm (23 inches) after all 😉
Hmm, that’s a bit tricky.
For me, this means that in the next step I wouldn’t want to fix the 60cm (24 inches) cabinets directly to the wall, but leave a 0.6cm (0.24 inches) gap instead (this way, the 60cm (24 inches) and 37cm (15 inches) cabinets would align flush next to each other again). Has anyone done this before? Does it work if you screw appropriate spacers or something similar between the wall and the carcass? Any other suggestions?

Is the wall inside the niche even parallel to the rest of the wall?
