For larger components, it is better to use clamps or cable ties as temporary holders. Attach the back panel last, as this significantly stabilizes the cabinet.

The cabinet is going to be assembled directly in the living room, meaning at its final location. There is no plan to move it within the apartment since everything will be brought up to the third floor using the elevator.
I don’t have experience with aids like clamps and boxes yet, but it sounds very practical. I just wonder if handling and holding the side panels alone might still be quite tricky due to their weight and size?

Keep them at a slant so you can attach the base and then gradually straighten the structure step by step. Ratchet straps wrapped around the frame and fixed to stable points can help with this. They can support some of the weight and effectively replace extra hands.
Also, place a non-slip surface under the parts to prevent slipping. Although this approach takes a bit more time, working calmly and stepwise without rushing is well worth it. Safety and avoiding damage should be the top priorities.
