First, the stairs catch my attention. Where is the washing machine located? I hope it’s not in the utility room in the basement. I wouldn’t want to carry laundry from the upper floor down to the basement: first one set of stairs, then through a door (with laundry basket in hand), another set of stairs, yet another door, along the hallway, through one more door, and then another door. Well, at least that would keep you fit.
I also find the hallway quite small. Apart from a niche for a closet near the entrance, there is hardly any space for storing shoes, coats, and bags for possibly 3 children and 2 adults. That adds up to quite a lot. And the path from the kitchen to the terrace seems long as well.
Otherwise, the floor plan is okay.

Hello,
what do you think of our floor plan?
We look forward to your feedback!!!!!!!!!!!What does the attached file show?
Existing property, new construction design, renovation?
And what is the planning task, if there is something to plan? Preferences, cardinal directions?

Where is the secondary unit supposed to cook? In the dining room?Yes, it looks like a single-wall kitchen. It has to be impressive enough that anyone entering the apartment can appreciate it.
What do you think of your floor plan? Not on a plot of land 😉
So true, so true 🙂 Also, one of these doors would probably have a security lock on it, otherwise the tenant of the granny flat might just stroll through the house.
Do apartments have to have a dining room as a standard now? It’s a kitchen with a large dining area, @One00, which, in my opinion, is already a luxury for a granny flat 😉
What bothers me about the granny flat is that it apparently has no direct access to a garden area.
Overall, I’m surprised that this is a design for a high-quality single-family house on a sloped lot for five people (+ granny flat), but the possibility to have a children’s wing—perhaps with a play or communication area—a separate parents’ area, etc., has not been considered, even though the potential exists and would be practical for a family of five. Instead, the master bedroom on the upper floor is placed between the kids’ rooms, and the granny flat is added on top (or rather, in the basement).
Because of the generous living area, there are few small mistakes that normally happen in cramped spaces, but here the long corridor is the main issue.
I don’t find the front façade with the double garage very inviting. The main entrance is hidden.
Of course, the position on the plot can’t be assessed, as it’s missing!
