ᐅ High-quality painting tools – which brand?

Hello everyone,

Since I do a lot of manual work myself, I know how much good tools can help during the execution. I have had little experience with painting and plastering so far, but I will be doing these tasks myself. I have already bought a decent plastering tool set and wanted to know if there is also a good painting tool set? All those Amazon sets are okay for one room but not suitable for an entire house. Do you have a good manufacturer to recommend?

Great, I just checked and they also have good sets. That looks very promising.

I painted the entire house using rollers from Action. It worked fine. The rollers were actually much less of a problem than the nasty lime paint on the gypsum plaster.
So for the next house, I will have painter’s fleece applied everywhere and then paint with silicate dispersion paint. We did this in the largest room (open-plan living area), and it went really quickly—much faster than the first room with lime paint on gypsum plaster, which was only about a quarter of the size.

Just use branded materials. It doesn’t matter which brand – it just needs to be suitable for the intended purpose.

I always order everything online. Whether it’s Sto, Schuller, Fries, Conti, Caparol, Pictolor, Kip, etc. (these are tools and paints). You can try searching for paint shipping on Gurgel. They have a wide selection of professional materials. In my opinion, the paint is significantly more important than the tools.

Never buy paint from a DIY store again! Regardless of the brand...

No big-box store paint anyway. We’ll be painting everything with Sto paint. I’ve only read good things about it.
