Hello
we are currently building our new house.
We had the first appointment with the electrician, and for the smart home system, he recommended Free@home.
The electrician does not offer KNX.
What would you recommend? Should we go with Free@home or install a wireless smart home system ourselves later?

When I read about Doorbird online, I find a lot of negative reviews.
I think finding the right doorbell is almost the hardest part.
Poor camera quality and slow video streaming.
What is important to me:
Good response time, meaning audible feedback inside the house and on the phone after pressing the doorbell,
fast video loading on the phone.
It would be ideal if the doorbell were compatible with smart displays, for example Amazon Echo or Google Nest displays,
and if the ekey sLine could be integrated.
What bothers me about eufy, Ring, and similar brands is that you can’t properly attach a nameplate.

Poor camera quality and slow image loading.

What bothers me about eufy, Ring, and similar brands is that you can’t nicely attach a nameplate. You can simply order a doorbell, test it (without installing it yet), and then decide if it’s okay. If not, just return it.
May I ask how to wire the doorbell optimally?
For the Doorbird, a Cat cable is needed for POE.
Should we still have the standard 2-core doorbell wire installed for the bell?
What should we do with the indoor chime?
Does the Doorbird use it, or should we get the Doorbird indoor chime?
Where is the best place to install the Doorbird indoor chime?
We do not want to use the indoor station.
We will use only the smartphone and tablet.
