We would like to hear your opinions regarding the ground floor. What would you change and why?
Is the utility/technical room too small? Part of the laundry/utility room could also be used for the electrical connections.

What is the most important/basic question about the floor plan in 130 characters?

Could you please complete the questionnaire fully? Many parts have been left out. All points are justified. You are omitting essential information.

At first glance, I can immediately say that the technical room is too small. Otherwise, I agree with ypg.

The furniture is drawn in far too tightly; it just doesn’t fit that way (for example, in the kitchen).
And do you climb over the countertop to get into the pantry? Or did I misunderstand something? 🤨
Also, the staircase is one meter (3.3 feet) too short, if I’m interpreting the measurements correctly.

Then the utility room fits perfectly with the rest of the rooms; in fact, the whole house is oddly shaped. I would even add, to a remarkable extent.

The garage is nice... unfortunately, I have to agree with the others, the room layout hardly fits at all, and I still don’t understand the pantry situation either...
