I know this is probably a silly question, but I really have no clue right now. In the past, I used to just hammer nails into the walls.

By now, I’ve become a bit more cautious about it. If I want to change positions later, I’d end up with lots of small nail holes in the walls.

How do you handle this? We have wallpaper. I’ve read about nano tape, which is said to hold pictures very securely, but opinions are very mixed on how well it can be removed.
I also don’t want to avoid a nail hole only to end up with a tape strip-sized hole in the wallpaper.

Then you’re not holding it correctly.
And the skilled ones do it simultaneously with their feet. :p

Since the paint is stored in cans, it is protected from light. Frost protection is more important. We have nailed all the pictures to the wall.

I have hung all pictures and canvases using Tesa Powerstripe hooks. So far, they hold well on painted non-woven wallpaper and fine textured plaster.

For the white wall, use white nails and leave them in until there are too many, then have the child change once on their own while closing the holes.

Oh dear, I hope they survived the winter up there 🤨
I had considered transferring some paint into jars and storing them downstairs for easier access. But in jars, the paint wouldn’t be protected from light anymore.

It is dark inside the closet. Most of the time.
