ᐅ Intermittent signal interference on the TV since the internet became available

Tx-25Hello everyone, our TV intermittently loses signal. The screen goes black with the message "no signal." This usually happens at the beginning and not every time we use it. When it does occur, it only happens once during use. To fix the problem, I usually need to switch the input once. That input also shows no signal at first, but then the reception "returns."
What’s strange is that we had no problems for 5 months (moved into our new build). The issue started almost exactly on the day we got the internet connection installed in the house.
Could this be related somehow?
We do not use internet TV. All cables (power, TV, internet) run together bundled up in one corner of the utility room to the distribution box.

TV is delivered via cable, right? And which technology do you use for your internet?
I’ve seen something similar before with satellite reception, where some transponders operated on the same frequency as Wi-Fi and DECT devices (2.4 GHz). That often caused interference.
I’m not sure how it works with cable, but you might want to try turning off Wi-Fi and DECT—if available—as a test.

We have TV and satellite reception.
Internet is delivered to the house via fiber optic cable.
All technical equipment is grouped together in a corner of the utility room. This is where everything enters the house, and the distribution box, router, switch, fuse box, etc., are all located in that corner.

In my opinion, it’s caused by the telecom box, which was reasonably priced with the house connection and requires an internet connection. Sometimes it just drops out.

In my opinion, it’s due to the telecom box, which came cheap with the house connection and requires an internet connection. It sometimes drops out. However, I have satellite reception and don’t use internet TV. The TV is connected via Ethernet cable.
If I recall correctly, the problem only occurs with satellite reception. Netflix works perfectly fine.

The signal is processed by the Telekom box, which also enables HD. Then it goes to the TV. Netflix works without any problems – also through the Telekom box.
