ᐅ New apartment: redesign of existing bathroom layout

Our plan was to convert the storage room into a guest toilet. We would like to move the shower in the existing guest toilet into the bathroom so that we can turn that space into a storage room. I would appreciate any ideas or suggestions.

Why go through so much effort when you will likely end up paying for most of the work done for the other apartments anyway?
The effort hardly results in any significant improvement in usability...
And a second bathroom in an apartment always adds value.

This has nothing to do with the other apartments.
