Our plan was to convert the storage room into a guest toilet. We would like to move the shower in the existing guest toilet into the bathroom so that we can turn that space into a storage room. I would appreciate any ideas or suggestions.

If you dislike the layout so much that you want to change everything, then another apartment would be an option. This is currently the most affordable one on the market... We don't want to wait any longer. Of course, the apartment requires some compromises...
