Good foundation. Two small things:
- Driveway – is access also possible from the west? If yes, it would save distance and garden space.
- I would also recommend access to the bedroom through the walk-in closet. Additionally, a second door to the bed.
- I wouldn’t do without the pantry.Access from the west is unfortunately not possible. The plot is too small, and I have to maintain a 5m (16 ft) storage space in front of the garage.

Yes, I believe that works very well! Everything has been said. One more thing I’d like to mention is more a matter of personal taste. I’m not so keen on the bathroom. However, it’s difficult for me to gauge the dimensions. It seems a bit tight for a “T” shape. Also, I don’t like that the toilet visually takes up the largest and almost the nicest area. Well, depending on priorities and time spent there, that might make sense. The access to the shower feels narrow, and the front of the “T” appears quite slim. What are the dimensions of the bathroom?
A driveway from the west would have been nice.
I don’t think the floor plan is bad.
Draw your furniture to scale.
The pantry might be a bit narrow for the freezer. The door still needs to be able to open. Personally, I would also do without the pantry.
In the bathroom, I would plan a double sink vanity.
I would also move the door from the bedroom to the walk-in closet.
Your budget might be a bit tight.
150 m² (1,615 sq ft)
+ Basement
+ Garage
+ Basement excavation
+ Landscaping
+ Additional construction costs

Personally, I would skip the pantry altogether.

+ additional construction costsThe budget is for the house only, without anything else. Land, landscaping, and extra fittings will all be additional costs. Overall, hopefully it will stay around 5xxx.
A double vanity is definitely included.
The bathroom will also undergo a thorough final adjustment.
