ᐅ Any experiences with exterior landscaping in Poland?

Does anyone have experience or can even recommend a Polish company? The reputation for price and quality is reportedly very good, at least from what I’ve heard. Since we are already investing a lot of money into the house, at least the exterior works should be somewhat more affordable (yes, Poland has also become more expensive – but still much cheaper than Germany, as far as I know). Thanks to the building plot near Dresden, it’s not too far either.

Here’s what needs to be done:

~30m² (about 320 ft²) terrace (including approx. 3.5 x 4.5m (11.5 x 15 ft) roofed area)
~50m² (about 540 ft²) wooden carport (approx. 9 x 5.5m (30 x 18 ft), just under the threshold for building permit / planning permission)
~75m² (about 810 ft²) driveway/path paved
~40–100m (130–330 ft) fence with garden gate (1.6–1.8m (5.2–6 ft) chain link fence is sufficient)

Does anyone here have relevant experience? Even if it doesn’t fit exactly, feel free to share your projects and prices with your neighbors here so I can get a sense of the costs. Many thanks!

If it gets too expensive, part of the work could of course be done as DIY. But even then, the price for materials “over there” should be much lower, right?

Here is my offer for our sliding gate including a pedestrian gate (from a specially selected company that also installed our sectional garage door):

1. Freestanding sliding gate 4000x1200mm (157x47 inches), double wire mesh filling, galvanized and powder-coated, color RAL7016 = 1,603 euros

2. Pedestrian gate 1250x1200mm (49x47 inches), double wire mesh filling, galvanized and powder-coated, color RAL7016 = 395.00 euros

3. Electric drive Runner (Sommer) including 1 remote control Slider and radio photocell safety sensor = 615.00 euros

4. Installation = 595.00 euros

5. Delivery = 65.00 euros

Total: 3,273.00 euros

In Germany, I would have to pay almost 6,000 euros just for the gate...

Considering the prices, I am even annoyed that I installed 45 meters (148 feet) of chain-link fence myself (costs maybe about 400 euros plus 2 days of hard work)...

Here I probably could have gotten the wire mesh fencing for only slightly more...

I’m also looking for a contact for a carport! Unfortunately, the company doesn’t offer this... maybe @winnetou78 can help me here...?

A carport would also be interesting for me... I would appreciate contact details for that.

Have you possibly found anything by now? We are looking in the Chemnitz area.

Unfortunately not. I have contacted several companies and actually received only one clear and reasonable offer. However, it is almost as expensive as the quotes from two German companies. This is probably due to our specific dimensions (7x7m (23x23 ft)).

Basti, could you please send me the company’s contact details via private message?

Does anyone have experience with Polish craftsmen regarding splash guards and paving work and can give a recommendation? Thanks in advance

What would a Polish company probably charge for that?

I found a nice paving stone.
Cost is only 15 euros per m2 (approximately 1.4 square feet).

I need several m2 (square meters) paved.
