ᐅ Any experiences with exterior landscaping in Poland?

Does anyone have experience or can even recommend a Polish company? The reputation for price and quality is reportedly very good, at least from what I’ve heard. Since we are already investing a lot of money into the house, at least the exterior works should be somewhat more affordable (yes, Poland has also become more expensive – but still much cheaper than Germany, as far as I know). Thanks to the building plot near Dresden, it’s not too far either.

Here’s what needs to be done:

~30m² (about 320 ft²) terrace (including approx. 3.5 x 4.5m (11.5 x 15 ft) roofed area)
~50m² (about 540 ft²) wooden carport (approx. 9 x 5.5m (30 x 18 ft), just under the threshold for building permit / planning permission)
~75m² (about 810 ft²) driveway/path paved
~40–100m (130–330 ft) fence with garden gate (1.6–1.8m (5.2–6 ft) chain link fence is sufficient)

Does anyone here have relevant experience? Even if it doesn’t fit exactly, feel free to share your projects and prices with your neighbors here so I can get a sense of the costs. Many thanks!

If it gets too expensive, part of the work could of course be done as DIY. But even then, the price for materials “over there” should be much lower, right?

I will pay 6,500 Euros for a carport,
6.30 m (20.7 ft) by 8.00 m (26.2 ft), all proper joints without any angled connectors, 16 squared timbers.
With a storage room 3.00 m (9.8 ft) by 3.00 m (9.8 ft),
the right side fully enclosed with boarding.
Roof made of trapezoidal sheet metal in the desired color. Ceiling underneath also fully boarded and painted.
Carport painted in two colors, including installation and concrete work.
I estimate at least 11,000 Euros for Germany.

Fence made of double wire mesh panels, 45 m (147.6 ft) long, anthracite, 1.26 m (4.1 ft) high.
With a gate 1.00 m (3.3 ft) wide, and a cantilever sliding gate 3.50 m (11.5 ft) wide with motor and safety light barrier,
intercom system, and mailbox for 4,700 Euros.

Thanks for the prices! And are these Polish companies? At least Brüning Carport is not. But I’m surprised at how affordable the carport is...
I wouldn’t say “fences cost nothing,” I’ve seen prices that made me feel quite uneasy.

We had budgeted 25,000, but that’s too much. If possible, we would use a maximum of 15,000 (of course, preferably less) and do the rest as DIY.

That sounds really reasonable and almost exactly like what we’re looking for! Carport including concrete — does that mean with the floor slab? Or what exactly is the concrete part?

But if you say “I will do,” have you not built yet? Where does your trust in the company come from? It does sound very cost-effective.

Feel free to send me the contact details, I’d like to take a look.

Hello,
did you happen to get the contact details?

I would also be very happy about that. Unfortunately, as a new member, I apparently cannot start a conversation myself...

Thank you very much!!

I am also interested to know if there are already any concrete user experiences by now... I mean, the mentioned Polish companies can probably open an office in Germany by now, considering how well things seem to be going for them.

I am currently also looking for a carport and paving work...

If anyone has a good recommendation, it would be much appreciated...
