Does anyone have experience or can even recommend a Polish company? The reputation for price and quality is reportedly very good, at least from what I’ve heard. Since we are already investing a lot of money into the house, at least the exterior works should be somewhat more affordable (yes, Poland has also become more expensive – but still much cheaper than Germany, as far as I know). Thanks to the building plot near Dresden, it’s not too far either.
Here’s what needs to be done:
~30m² (about 320 ft²) terrace (including approx. 3.5 x 4.5m (11.5 x 15 ft) roofed area)
~50m² (about 540 ft²) wooden carport (approx. 9 x 5.5m (30 x 18 ft), just under the threshold for building permit / planning permission)
~75m² (about 810 ft²) driveway/path paved
~40–100m (130–330 ft) fence with garden gate (1.6–1.8m (5.2–6 ft) chain link fence is sufficient)
Does anyone here have relevant experience? Even if it doesn’t fit exactly, feel free to share your projects and prices with your neighbors here so I can get a sense of the costs. Many thanks!
If it gets too expensive, part of the work could of course be done as DIY. But even then, the price for materials “over there” should be much lower, right?

I hope you are still following this thread.
Could you possibly share the contact details for the fence? Many thanks!
@Arifas @kaho674
Some of you have already received the contact information, would you be so kind as well?

What would a Polish company charge for this, do you think?
I found a nice paving stone.
Price is only 15 euros per m2 (10.7 sq ft).
I need several m2 (sq ft) paved."Cheap from Poland" estimates about €75 per m2 (10.7 sq ft) all-inclusive (for standard rectangular paving stones in gray or anthracite). That means including materials, labor, base construction, etc.
But there are also companies that can do it cheaper. Don’t ask me how...
We are now having the same company build our carport (€10,000). About 7 by 7 meters (23 by 23 feet, 50 m2/540 sq ft) square, freestanding, with frosted 16mm (5⁄8 inch) twin-wall polycarbonate panels. Everything is mortised, impregnated with wood preservative in the desired color (not fully opaque), galvanized steel gutters, including installation (H-anchors and foundations are also included!). The supporting posts are made of glued laminated timber (glulam), beams from kiln-dried structural timber. 3-year warranty (a bit short), installed all in one day.
Additionally, two sectional garage doors for €3,500 including installation.
The best German offer (Brüning) cost about the same but was during a VAT discount (-19%) and had a much cheaper, unattractive, and dark steel sheet roof, not freestanding, but with a nice fascia board in front of the roof.
