Hello everyone,
I would like to briefly get your valued opinion on the topic of windows / full glass elements / sliding door elements.
Did your cost calculations also include a price per square meter of windows, and if so, how much?
Does anyone have experience with Josko windows?
Best regards

Hello sichtbeton. We are planning to go with the wood/aluminum option. Large-format windows are planned (for example, floor-to-ceiling on the ground floor). The calculation is based on €800 per square meter (approximately $75 per square foot) for windows. So, for our project, that already adds up to a significant six-figure amount. But I think there is some flexibility regarding the price per square meter. Thanks for the information.
Rick, thanks to you as well for your— as always— great opinion. There is a Josko showroom just around the corner from us, and we will visit it soon. Your option is definitely brilliant. It’s definitely noted!

If you don’t have very large opening widths, it’s better to choose Josko. Significantly more affordable.
However, ask if Josko offers an RC2 certified door or how they achieve it. Higher security classes are apparently not available there.
But the wood/aluminum combinations were really great. Take a look at them.
