Good morning,

I am currently installing a kitchen, and the following options can be implemented.

We have a total width of 3.65 meters (12 feet), so there is just enough space to fit a 4-5 cm (1.5-2 inch) panel to the right of the 60 cm (24 inch) tall cabinet, allowing the door and the drawers inside to open.

The red line represents the sink. If the red line extends over the sink or basin cabinet, it indicates the draining area.

Since I will be assembling the kitchen today, a timely response would be appreciated.

Thank you and best regards,
Chris

Hello, without knowing any additional facts that might influence the decision: option 3

Option 3 is also our favorite.
This way, you can still place the stand mixer or Nespresso machine on the left side.
Two people live in the household.

No matter which option you choose, I would definitely recommend splitting the remaining 5cm (2 inches) into 2 sections of 2.5cm (1 inch) each on the left and right sides. This way, you won’t have any issues opening drawers or doors when you are close to the wall...

However, I need 5cm (2 inches) on the right side because the tall cabinet will have drawers inside and the door opens to the right. On the left side, I have to place the drawer (which is 20cm (8 inches)) flush against the wall.

There is no other way.

Even just 5 mm (0.2 inches) between the cabinet and the wall is better than nothing.
