Which plot (number 3 or number 6) would you buy and why?

My wife and I are undecided...

Can you provide more details about the width and length? Is the house allowed to be positioned everywhere along the 6-meter (20-foot) side?

I would choose number 6.
The west side is free from development, and there is no need to worry about the south. I would prefer to access the plot from the east and also position the house more towards the east. The building area seems to allow for this.

Wow, with an 18-meter (59 feet) width, there is a risk that a city villa with a 10 x 10-meter (33 x 33 feet) footprint will feel cramped when combined with a carport or garage. It might be possible to arrange them offset. Hm...
