Hello everyone!
Which plot (number 3 or number 6) would you buy and why?

My wife and I are undecided...

It will be an urban villa.

Thank you very much for your help!

Marking out and cutting out the house and carport is a great idea! Thank you very much for the brilliant tip!

The plot is completely flat, so there is no slope.

The plot is completely flat. So no slope.

Don’t forget to take photos with your phone 🙂 … for comparison

By the way, my question was not only about terrain modeling or basement construction, but also regarding drainage/sewage and the height relationship between the house and the sewer line.

As I remember the meadow from back then, it is roughly at the same level as the canal water. Between the properties and the canal, there is a built-up embankment or levee.

I cannot say how the drainage is managed.

By the way, I do the same with furniture inside the rooms to see how everything fits.
