ᐅ Which downdraft vent system would you recommend for a new kitchen? Any suggestions?

Hello, we are about to order a kitchen but cannot decide which downdraft extractor to choose.
The options are:
Bora Basic
Miele ....
Both cost around 3000 euros (approximately 3200 USD).
The Miele looks nicer, but for me it is more important that it works well and reliably.
Are there any long-term experiences?
Any recommendations with reasons?
I would really appreciate it.

We have a downdraft extractor from Gaggenau. In my opinion, it is very slim and barely noticeable between the two cooktops. The control panel in the middle is for the downdraft unit above it. It works well and delivers good performance. Regarding boiling over: the exhaust air is drawn off sideways inside the duct, not from below. There is only one removable tray down there, so if something boils over, it flows into the removable tray, which fits in the dishwasher (removal takes about 15–30 seconds). The two hours of installation time mentioned earlier probably refers to the installation of the complete system. Please show a bit more of your kitchen. Even just the cutout looks amazing.

As a precaution, a 200mm (8 inch) spiral duct (including insulation) was installed a few days ago. I have read that most systems use a 150mm (6 inch) connection, but I hope the 200mm diameter will help reduce noise. Since the cooktop is located on an island, the duct will have three bends with a total length of about 5m (16.5 ft).
As you can tell from the questions below, I have only looked into this topic at a basic level so far.
Should I install just one damper at the end (house wall)? Should there also be a fan installed there? Does the cooktop provide a signal that can be passed on to an external fan? Do you have a function that checks whether a window is tilted open? An extraction rate of up to 700 cubic meters per hour is quite high.
