I am currently searching online for suitable exterior lighting for my new apartment. What solutions have you used for exterior lighting, and what should be considered?

Thank you

LED strips? They are also available at a relatively low cost. Good quality ones are around 5 meters (16 feet) for about 100€ with drivers included. However, they are by far not as bright as a fluorescent tube, and you will still need to clean them ;-)

For example, IP44 LED strips can be easily wiped clean with a damp cloth.

Throughout the entire property, I only use energy-saving bulbs or LED strips. This allows you to save a significant amount of energy and money in the medium term.
Solar lights are used, for example, for pathway lighting and the house number.

In addition to the conventional lighting, I also have a few solar garden lights. Since I installed them, I hardly need to use the old lamps anymore. However, it is important to make sure that they are not the cheapest low-quality products but rather something of good quality. Then you actually get proper light, not just a dim glow.
