we are also victims of the confusion IKEA has caused with the Faktum/Metod systems. Since even IKEA doesn’t really know what is still compatible, and I have already searched extensively, I thought it would be helpful to create a list of what fits directly and what needs to be done to make it fit. I’ll start:

UTRUSTA wire basket, 002.046.72, omit the plastic spacer. Fits 60cm (24 inch) Faktum cabinets 100%[/list:u]
UTRUSTA hinge damper, 402.418.23, is the same as for Faktum, fits 100%. Tip: with a bit of googling you can find these dampers cheaper online under "BLUMOTION cabinet door dampers"[/list:u]
UTRUSTA hinge damper, 602.418.22, fits the INTEGRAL 153° hinge[/list:u]
MAXIMERA drawers/slides (manufactured by Blum) fit if you drill suitable holes.[/list:u]

Maximera drawers/pull-outs (made by Blum) fit when appropriate holes are drilled.
