Does it include painting? Kitchen / built-in wardrobes, etc.? Well, the main thing is that everyone can pat themselves on the back: some proudly because they managed to beat the quoted minimum price with their estimate. Others because they can afford the ridiculously expensive house they calculated.
One proudly manages with 1 square meter of window per square meter of living space, while the other enjoys their beloved panoramic windows.
Two here have already found common ground.
