ᐅ Is the tiler’s quote reasonable and fair? Any experiences?

Hi!
Our planned interior fitter sent his offer today. The price he wants just for laying the tiles seems very, very expensive to me. Is that reasonable and in line with the market?
The tiles to be installed are 60x60 cm (24x24 inches) in the basement, 40x80 cm (16x32 inches) on the ground floor, and 45x90 cm (18x36 inches) in the bathrooms.
He also offered painting services, which are definitely fine, so I’m not including those here.
As a layperson, I can’t really assess this. Especially it’s difficult for me to check if the correct square meters were specified everywhere. He probably has software that calculates everything based on the floor area and ceiling height, but it’s hard for me to do those calculations myself.
All prices are net.

No offense, but what did you use?!
They’re charging €84.65 net per square meter for 45x90cm (18x35 inch) tiles. How can that still be considered normal?
Plus additional separate charges for small materials. Hm – with €45 for standard tiles plus a €19 surcharge for the 45x90cm (18x35 inch) wall tiles (which are noticeably more difficult to install than floor tiles!), I only get a total of €76 gross. Please calculate correctly.
That price is still reasonable.
If you knew what prices are being charged in construction, even for large contracts. Even vibrating tiles in small formats (from Aldi, etc.) make my clients break out in a sweat.
By the way, I have only ever hired a tiler once in my life. That was 20 years ago. Since then, I have been doing the tiling myself for a neat €0 and save on labor costs. It takes longer but delivers the same quality.

Please calculate correctly. Flooring 60x30cm (24x12 inches) 45.50
Additional work 1 45x90cm (18x36 inches) 19.00
Additional work 2 45x90cm (18x36 inches) 20.15
I would rather not disclose what we paid. However, things like floor cleaning or priming were not charged separately. I find the quote quite high.

That price is still acceptable.Position 04.0003 missing
However, I have rarely seen such a detailed, itemized quote for tile installation. Some parts even seem redundant. You pay for the installation, the surcharge for screed patching, the surcharge for the tile size, then separately for the adhesive, and also for sweeping the floor... that’s just nonsense.
