We need your advice and support regarding the grout on the ground floor of our house.
On our ground floor, tiles from the company Caesar, Easy Root Nacciola were installed.
The grout used was a flexible grout in anthracite. Overall, the floor looks really great.
However, in some areas, the flexible grout is not anthracite but rather a light gray. The tiler told us back then that this was cement residue (or dirt or dust from the house construction) and that it would fade over time. We were advised to clean the tiles thoroughly with a cement residue remover, which should solve the problem.
Unfortunately, a few spots are still gray.
So I wanted to ask if you have had similar experiences and how you managed to remove the residue from the grout. Maybe with a special grout cleaner or a steam cleaner?
I had also briefly considered using grout colorant to make everything uniform, but I’m afraid it might go wrong or not look good.

But the tiles also seem to be two different types: the second photo has a different color temperature and is more saturated. Therefore, the grout lines will naturally look differently as well – so photo 1 and photo 2 cannot be compared directly.

I have the same problem. The grout or its pigments have not distributed evenly. There is nothing you can do except use a grout refresher. We will be doing that in January. It looks just like in the OP’s pictures, only even more "spotty." Unfortunately, the refresher will darken everything (we wanted lighter grout), but at least the appearance should be uniform and consistent afterward.
