Hello, I would definitely recommend having terrace access from the kitchen. I think that is even more important than access from the living room.
The kitchen layout could be improved.
If possible, be sure to include a large shower; it’s really great.
Other than that, I think the floor plan is good.

Hello BeHaElJa,
thank you for your ideas regarding the hallway and the basement.
Making the storage room larger at the expense of the shower bathroom is possible. However, we would like to have a changing table and a cabinet for towels and other items in the shower bathroom. The changing table does not need to be as wide as shown, and the cabinet should actually be located behind the door, with the door positioned further to the left. We will review again if it is possible to arrange it differently. I also like the idea of using the storage room as a wardrobe and removing the wall; we still need to discuss this internally.
There is supposed to be a room above the garage, so the passage between the house and the garage will likely be made of concrete, definitely not glass. Then the question is how much light a side panel by the front door would provide, or if there would be enough light at all.
Is the window supposed to be in the stairwell? One is already planned there...
The stairwell goes from the basement up to the upper floor, so there is no space for a storage room under the stairs.
