There is a dedicated thread for houses here, but it takes such a long time from buying the plot until you can finally share something that looks like a developing house in that thread. Maybe you would like to share your excitement about the “acquired” plot and a photo of the land here in the forum.
Below is a photo of the plot belonging to me and my husband, located in the Leipzig area, approximately 570 sqm (6135 sq ft). Behind the house is a field, and beyond that, a forest.

Are people who especially like sloped lots masochists? No, they just don’t focus solely on the cost per square meter (square foot) of building. So you need about 180 sqm (1937 sq ft) plus additional living space?
1st level parking spaces (probably no garage or carport) so you can start excavation right at the street
2nd level living space at the back supports the slope
3rd level living space without contact to the slope
With a lot of luck, the outdoor area (photos can be misleading) will have a plateau large enough for a terrace and similar features. The untouched natural slope does not need to be retained.
