Hello dear forum,
We are sharing our own design for the planned building project and would be grateful for some honest feedback. Overall, we are very satisfied with it, but as is often the case, it’s hard to see “the forest for the trees.”
The basement floor will be fully exposed at the front, allowing level entry into the house and access through the garage. On the other three sides, the basement will be mostly embedded in the earth, so we would like to add a large terrace on the south side later.
Best regards!

I had already feared that the entrance was supposed to be on the left, but I couldn’t quite believe it.
Have fun redrawing.... See my last "Edit".
The entrance is through the basement.
Understood...
How about the following approach:
- Build the garage separately, not integrated into the house; perhaps the garage can be built directly next to the house, with the garage roof used as a terrace.
- Place the entrance in the basement on the left wall; after the entrance hallway, the rooms that should have sunlight and access to the terrace (such as the living room and office) would be on the right side.
- To the left of the entrance, include a bathroom/WC with a window, if possible.
- Then on the left side, have a utility room and storage room.
- On the ground floor, place the bedrooms and guest rooms with a bathroom.

As correctly noted, the entrance is planned to be through the basement level.
While this means it will no longer be wheelchair accessible, it seems to me to be a better solution than placing the entrance via an external staircase on the left side.
In any case, we want the children's rooms and the living area primarily on one level, especially for the children.
