Could someone please give me valuable tips on this floor plan?

I hope everything is clearly visible.

Kind regards and many thanks in advance.

On the south side, there is a street right in front of the house. I could live with the kitchen facing it, but not the living area...

Basically, I would first orient the living areas toward the south or west...
I agree with you—unless the building access has to be on the south side. Where will the garages be located? Possibly directly attached to an exterior wall? In that case, there would be no windows there, so it would be best to plan the utility room on that side.
As you can see, alterinsgelocke, a house design should not be considered separately from the plot. Your outdoor space plan / building development plan also needs to be taken into account.

Looks like we overlapped 🙂

If the street is to the south, the southwest can still be used as the living room – the terrace would then face west. The entrance could be placed in the southeast. The utility room should be located in the northeast, and the bedrooms preferably towards the north, especially if the street is very noisy.

The garage will be placed where the utility room is on my plan… and I forgot to include the inventory for that room…

And again regarding the previous comment: the utility room will also have an exterior door as shown, if that is visible, so you don’t have to walk through the entire living room…

You need to use the drawing in portrait format, as if you were standing on the street.

I hope it’s clear what I meant.

What are the building boundaries?
Do you have to build so close to the street?
Is it a main road or a side street?
Questions, questions, questions!

Sorry, but the orientation of the house is a deal-breaker for me... I would explore every option to get some sunlight into the living areas. Move the house further back, place the utility room facing north (never mind the long connections, you can only die once), bedrooms to the east, kids’ section with a shower toilet, parents’ area at the back with a cleverly positioned walk-in closet as access to the bedroom (so there’s no long corridor 😉)
Nice terrace facing southwest, to showcase the sunny side! 🙂 (if needed, a hedge will do) and the entrance facing east.

This feels too casual for me; you can only refine tips with information, information, information!
And the dimensions need to be accurate.
