HilfeHilfe22 Mar 2016 11:48Hello, last year we oiled the terrace. It absorbed a lot, which the decking installer said is normal. It would even out over time. This year, I’m not really keen on spending hours scrubbing on my knees again... A friend mentioned there is a type of mop where you put the oil into a container and wipe the wood with it. Does anyone know of such a device???

nordanney22 Mar 2016 12:25Yes, we have something like that ourselves. However, it’s not a mop but a fine brush. It comfortably cleans a 75m² (807 sq ft) terrace in a short time. I need to check who makes the brush (I think it’s the Osmo floor brush).

nasenmann22 Mar 2016 13:16Oh, that would interest me as well. Last year, using a brush was really great. Not. However, I was advised to use a brush back then, but if a larger brush works too, that would be something.

nordanney22 Mar 2016 13:22I’ve checked it out. It is indeed from OSMO. You can look it up on Google (or also on Amaz...). Essentially, it’s a large brush with a width of up to 40cm (16 inches) that attaches to a broom handle or painter’s pole. We are satisfied.
