I assume the city offers that the “yard” can be retained.
So, “retaining the platform is possible.”

The document titled "Justification" states on page 7: "The development system allows for the temporary preservation of the buildings at Wieslocher Straße 2 (‘platform’) during the initial settlement phase." This means that the buildings at Wieslocher Straße 2 can remain standing while the redevelopment of the site has already begun. The gray shading indicates the existing buildings that are planned to be demolished according to the plan. However, this note does not apply to you if you are interested in a single-family home plot here: it is marked on the site of a multi-family residential block.

P.S.: The “platform” is a counseling center for the homeless.

Thank you very much for the detailed answer.
I might get the plot 14071.
At the moment, there are no buildings on it, and the infrastructure work is still ongoing for the entire area.
As I understand it, plot 14070 is not a residential building but an office.
I want to build without a basement, and a basement is only possible if I remove the existing structure at my own expense.
I will inquire at the town hall tomorrow.
I would like to be sure before I agree.

I don’t see any plot numbers on the design. Which one is 14071?
